Bryan focused his career on clinical leadership and held the Clinical Director role at a large state forensic psychiatric hospital in Washington, USA. He transitioned into a state-wide role as the Forensic Services Quality Manager for the State of Washington and oversees the Quality Management system for the state’s forensic evaluation and treatment services. He serves special roles at times such as the Lead for developing competency restoration residential treatment facilities implementing psychosocial rehabilitation, Clinical Lead for settling a lawsuit pertaining to the Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity population, Clinical Lead of the state-wide Trauma-Informed Care initiative, and member of the design team for the building of a new 350-bed forensic psychiatric hospital in Washington. He is forever grateful for Dr. Spaulding’s mentorship which has helped shaped his exciting career full of novel challenges.
